Push Floor Broom

Push Floor Brooms come in three types:

• Fine Duty
  These floor brooms are made with gray flagged styrene fill material and a plastic block. They come in either 18" or 24" lengths and require an ACME threaded handle. The fine bristles are used to sweep smooth surfaces. They are great for docks, factories, and garages.
   
• Average Duty
  These floor brooms are made with polypropylene fill material and a plastic block. They come in either 18" or 24" lengths and require an ACME threaded handle. They have stiff bristles in the center for heavy debris and fine bristles on the outside for light debris. They are great for docks, factories, and garages.
   
• Heavy Duty
  This floor broom is made with extra stiff polypropylene fill material and a wood block. It comes in 18" length and requires a tapered handle. Its rugged construction, coupled with an abrasion resistant polypropylene fill, is long lasting and stands up to the toughest use.

There are five Push Floor Brooms that are made with either a plastic or wood block and require a tapered or ACME threaded handle. Both category of brooms are available with either polypropylene or polystyrene, and flagged or unflagged fill material. These five push brooms come in three different types: fine duty; average duty, or heavy duty Other selectable parameters include: trim length; color; size; and use.

Push floor brooms with plastic or wood block requiring a tapered or ACME threaded handle are typical/standard floof brooms that have been around for hundreds of years. Push brooms work best over large areas, moving heavy debris across an area. The thick bristle pattern has the strength to push large particles and the density to keep from losing smaller debris. These come in fine particle varieties that specialize in sweeping dry powders like flour, starch, and sugar. Push brooms can be used indoors or outdoors, and on smooth to rough surfaces. Some can be used with hot metallic particles while others are intended for light sweeping of fine particles and provide dust control.
