There are eleven roller frames. These roller frames fall into three categories: birdcage roller frames; industrial roller frames; and mini roller frames. The birdcage frames are all 4-wire, while the industrial frames are 5-wire. ​Three of the four mini frames come with a roller. Other selectable parameter include: frame size, handle material, shank size. Some of the mini frames also have a paint tray.

A paint roller frame is a reusable paint application tool that resembles a “?.” They are most often used to quickly and evenly cover large areas with paint, stain or other finishes.
